I am 9 months post-op.
1) Do I still have gyne?
2) Does my chest look normal now?
3) any issues u guy see?
4) should I be satisfied with this? or Do I need a revision surgery?

The post-op results are not ideal.  Although the photos aren't great, you do appear to have some areas of residual tissue plus some skin laxity.  At nine months, you are probably looking at close to the final result.

Would return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.  You might also benefit from a consult with another surgeon as well.  You may benefit from revision surgery.
