question about swelling after lipo

How much swelling can i expect after a lipo procedure. The thing is i had excision only in may, and now the doctor did what he called aggressive lipo to remove the fat that was ruining the contour. My chest looks better, but there seems to be swelling behind the nipple which abruptly stops where my incision scars are. I can def see an improvment but there seems to be puffyness behind the nipple, which looks a lot different than it did before the surgery. I saw my doc and he said it was swelling, and should go down in the next weeks. Any input would be great. Thanks!

The amount of swelling varies from patient to patient. You surgeon is correct, and the swelling will come down over time.  Beyond that, it's impossible to comment on your outcome or concerns.
