Can I get surgery fully covered by OHIP?

If I come in lean say 12% body fat or lower would I still have to pay. I have had gyno since I was 12 years old, I am now 23. Is the lypo necessary if I come in at a lean body fat?

My guess is that to get fully covered is if the gyno was harmful to your health. Otherwise no everything out of pocket
