Laser Liposuction

I'm 40 now and have wanted surgery for 15 years but because of money issues or embarassment I've never had it done.

I had an appointment with a surgeon today in Dubai where I live and he suggested laser liposuction. It works out at about £3k and he reckons a few days off work, a month off gym etc and I should be fine.

I know nothing about laser lipo but he tells me he'd get rid of the fat and also the mammary gland. Does this all sound normal? And does it work? is ti safe?

Laser lipo has been hyped here in the US.  And many surgeons go out ad buy a $100K machine just so that it looks like they are using the "latest and greatest."

To be blunt, laser lipo does no better than standard lipo for gyne -- it absolutely, I mean absolutely does not remove breast tissue.

Don't be suckered in.
