Creatine and sun exposure

Hi there, how many weeks post op until i can take creatine and do i have to keep the incisions under my nips out of the sun for x amount of time.

Not sure about the creatine. ..but my doctor told me to stay out of sun until augest.  I had my surgery on june 14th. Hope this helps.
