Doctor recommendation

I live in Harrisburg, PA, can anyone recommend a doctor?  Baltimore and Philadelphia are not too far away.  Thanks.

Call Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez in Baltimore and ask if he does much gynecomastia surgery.  I trained with him for awhile years ago at Tulane.  He's a good surgeon but I'm not sure how much of this he does.  Worth a call.
