I am male 23 suffering with gynecomastia. My elder brother also suffering with gynecomastia. My father does not have it. I want to know if it is klinefelter syndrome.

You need to be evaluated with genetic testing to determine if you have Klinefelter's Syndrome.  There are some other features, and your doctor may be able to say based on the presence or absence of such other signs, but only genetic testing can confirm the diagnosis.  Gynecomastia may be seen in siblings without any genetic abnormality such as is seen in Klinefelter's Syndrome.
