I had my surgery with Dr. Karidis 6 days ago and I took the plasters and everything off on day 4 and only had the garment on (which is very tight). At first I thought it was a bit of blood which then i went to have a shower, gave it a small scrub with shampoo yet it never come off. I peeled a tiny amount off and from the inside I can see it was a bit red, my chest is pretty numb so i can't feel anything. should I be worried?

I've uploaded 4 pictures also note this is my first thread sorry if i placed it in the wrong section.

I had that too and they will go away. I think between 3-4 weeks post op I couldn't see any trace of them.  I'm now 2 months post-op.

It is most likely some bruising on the areola itself -- not uncommon in this type of surgery.  Don't touch it, peel it, etc -- it will heal naturally.  The numbness of the chest is normal -- it will probably stay somewhat numb for months.

Sometimes the skin over the area of purple discoloration will peel off (like a bad sunburn) and you will have fresh skin underneath.
