Are these pecs or do i have Gynecoastia
im 17 , sometimes they are fatty sometimes firm. My dad has the same problem

developed pectoral chest, maybe gyne maybe fat also; reducing bf will probably help.  muscles seem strong up top which means you shouldn't have a problem wearing a shirt. consider yourself lucky.
