Urgent answer, puffy nipples or gyno.
Hi, i am wondering whether this is gyno,I have linked photos,sorry not the best photos, if needed better let me know, they sometimes are even puffier.

The photos are inadequate.  They're too close and don't show anything but the nipple and the area around it.

Are you able to send photos when your problem is at it's worst? Also, various angles and too close up would be helpful.
