Deodorant_Irritant?

14 Days post op and i'm starting to smell like a FOOT! Gathered i'm able to have daily showers, however, I read somewhere that you shouldn't use deodorant as it could irritate the wounds?

I only have 2 scars under the axilla's which are now closed and healing well... whats the risk of using some antiperspirant spray?

If you are very careful and do not get the deodorant on the wounds themselves, then it should be fine.  Would check with your surgeon for final approval, though.
