My surgeon told me he had to leave some stuff in, cause otherwise there would be a risk of deformity. He instead told me that if it was necessary he would do a free revision without lipo. He only went in from the side of the chest during my operation, and said he removed 150 ml of tissue.

My question is, how big of a deal is revision surgery? He said it wasnt very complicated and it would be done under local.

Your question is very vague -- no details of your procedure provided.

In general, though, revision should not even be contemplated for a minimum of 6 months after surgery.  And then, it should be thoroughly discussed with your surgeon.  In fact, even though you may be returning to your surgeon for a revision, it might not be a bad idea to get a second opinion from another plastic surgeon (best with a gyne specialist) before returning to your original surgeon.  That second consult appointment is money well spent.
