can old but still painful gyno turn into breast cancer???

i've had gyno for 2 and a half years now and on friday i had some hormone tests which i got yesterday and everything waqs normal..the first hormone test i took when the pain started showed that my prolactin was slightly raised 19.1 ng/mL and the normal rates are 2.6-18.0..on the test i took on friday my prolactin was normal 6.3ng/mL but the pain is still there..the thing that worries me is that sometimes i feel pain in the armits although my doctor couldnt find any swollen lumph nodes..could it be something more serious???
