Hi All,

I'm a 24 yo healthy male, 10 years ago (when I was 14) I underwent surgery for severe Gynecomastia. The surgery was good in terms of shaping and it looked very natural.

The only issue was that there was some nipple distortion where in my nipples were both inverted, both look as though they have been folded horizontally. I guess I didn't address it at the time because 14 yo me was so ecstatic that they were finally gone!

Since then I've been ok, had to wear t-shirts with thicker cotton to hide the nipple distortion and avoided taking my shirt off in public. Now how ever I've grown tired of this and would like to consider my options.

I'm think if I work out my lower chest, the extra muscle may stretch out the nipple? or is further surgery my only option?

Your help is greatly appreciated, I can send an e-mail with pics if it helps.

thanks,

Photos would be extremely helpful.

In general, a long time problem such as you describe would not be able to be improved by simply building more muscle.  You would probably require some type of revision surgery, which may be major or minor.

Suggest you consult with an experienced gyne surgeon to discuss your options.

Good luck!
