After dieting from 180lbs down to about 137lbs, I was still very unhappy with my appearance. I eat a clean diet, but my weight has rebounded to about 150. For my height (5'8"), I think this is a fairly healthy weight. I plan to use P90X to build some muscle and lose body fat while keeping my overall weight about the same. If I get my body fat low and gain muscle, will my chest still look the same or perhaps look even worse? In other words, do you believe I have gynecomastia?

Yes, you have gyne and no amount of diet or exercise will diminish it -- you would require surgery to achieve a flat and sculpted chest.
