teen nipple rubbing problem

One time about three months ago I rubbed my nipple and pinched it during maturation could this cause puffer and enlarged nipple or is it just puberty cause I'm 13 I'm ashamed of my self for rubbing them cause it could have caused it but I'm self conscious and want to make sure that it couldn't happen from stimulation or rubbing

I very much doubt that one episode of nipple stimulation would create a puffy nipple problem.  More likely, it is just Mother Nature.

Recommendation -- wait it out.  Oftentimes, it will disappear.  Give it at least two years.  If it is still present at that time, then speak to your folks and arrange to consult with a gyne expert in your area.
