Puffy nipple teen

Can pinching and pulling at the nipples cause puffy nipples or gyno cause I'm a teen and I'm wondering wheter it's puberty or that  I pinch them sometimes causes permanent enlargement

Pulling and pinching should not in general be a problem.Pulling or pinching does not improve the situation.
