Yes, but not all that bad.

Even if it was bad, why would you feel insecure? I believe mine is worse, but it has never caused me to feel insecure or in any way less that worthy.

It can be an embarrassment, nothing more than that. Fortunately if that is a problem for you, Surgery will take care of it. But only if you see a cosmetic surgeon who actually has a demonstrated history of interest in male breast reduction. This is not a job for a general surgeon.
