Hello,

to start off I would like to mention that I never had a fatty chest throughout my teen years, I was always in good shape due to sports and other activities. in the past 3 years I have gained around 20 kilos. I started to notice that my chest is getting really big and I concluded that it is due to the fact that I gained a lot of weight. I have been working out for the past month now and have noticed some change in various parts of my body but not in my chest. could this be gyno?

It would be ideal to lose those 20 kilos before you draw any conclusions.  Oftentimes, gaining weight results in the growth of breast tissue -- which is a one way street.  With weight loss, the fat component of your breasts will diminish but not the breast tissue itself.

Again, best is to lose the weight and then re-evaluate.  Good luck!
