Doctors what was done wrong and can it be revised and fixed?

My chest doesn't look appealing at all I don't even want to take my shirt off. What are your thoughts on how can this be fixed and my doctor don't appreciate me being unhappy and basicly brushes me off can someone reassure me this is something that can be fixed. Also the folds have gotten worse instead of better.
