on its face that would make sense, but i doubt it will make much difference. the main thing is the competence of the dr. which takes me to my next observation
to "maximize chances at a good result," i would start with a 2nd or even 3rd dr consult. practically every, every, every time i see somebody go lipo, they turn up unhappy later. you want excision and lipo.
the reason is, this is NOT just fat. it is the fibrous tissue that holds it too.
think of a sponge. it gets wet, it swells. lipo is kind of like taking out some sponge but mostly just water. that leaves you with a collapsed sponge. not what you want. you want it gone, period.
the only guys i see happy with lipo only were the poor dudes with huge jugs for whom an 80-90% reduction was good enough. the rest of us mostly want to make it all the way across the finish.
talk to more docs - ps only instead of generalists, - not just one.
