Hey I'm thinking to go with karidis but any advice what I should do I want my aerola smaller is there any medication so they don't come back after surgery.

If you have money enough that you can afford to burn some then yes, they can be made smaller.

There are no magic pills that work.  You can order and pay a fortune for Gyne pills marketed by several companies but none of them are effective at reducing anything but your wallet.
