Hi,  here are some pics of me.  Do I have gyno?  I've had man boobs since I was 15 or so.  I'm 29 now.  In the past year or so, I've lost 35lbs.  My man boobs have gone down some with diet, cardio and weight training.  I don't know if I want to loose too much more weight as I'm at 140lbs right now.  Will a supplment/product like Yohimbine HCL or Yohimburn help me?

It looks like you've got a minor case.  Do you feel lumps behind your nipples?  The only products that could help you if so are estrogen blockers.  If you don't feel lumps and it's just fat a topical skulpt would be your best bet.

No, I don't feel a lump.  I think I'll try Yohimburn...I've heard good things about it.

It looks pretty minor to me, but I think the larger size of your areolas might make it look worse than it really is.

You should take a picture of your chest when your chest muscles are flexed. That might give us a better idea.

Sure does look like it, it's actually worse then mine... And i'm quite positive I have Gynecomastia. Anyways, welcome to the club dude.  :(

BTW, you should definately NOT take our word for it. Next time you get a physical tell your doctor that you are concerned that you have Gynecomastia, and ask for a Mammogram. (Or just tell him you want to know about your chest PERIOD.) It's very likely he will refer you to get a mammogram and take a blood test, and after that you will have some real closure.

Good Luck

  • Finally gyne-free
Yep, those aren't going away with diet/exercise. If you want to be rid of them surgery is the only way.
