I had jaw surgery about 5 weeks ago, not very invasive because it was done under local anesthecia. But the issue is that it's a corticotomy, it's called wilckodontics:

6 to 8 months long after that surgery there is new bone growth forming around my teeth.
Would it be wise to wait that long to get gyno surgery or would it not affect the healing/bone forming process of my gums and alveolar bone? I will ask this to my jaw surgeon soon but I would appriciate help/answers from gyno surgeons as well. Thanks in advance.

There are no hard and fast rules about sequential operations on different areas of the body.  Obviously, you have to recover fully from the initial operation.

A general rule of thumb is to space operations no closer than 3 months apart -- but there is wide variability.  Speak to you jaw surgeon about his thoughts.

^Thanks dr. Elliott. You know what I was actually hoping to get my gyno surgery right around the 3 months mark. I realise opinions may vary on this, so I hope to get more thoughts on this matter.

I spoke to the jaw surgeon's office and they have no objections because I only had local anesthesia. I can now pursue this with no worries.

Personally I would be fine a week after your jaw surgery. There really are not any hard and fast rules related to your situation. From my perspective its more about when you would be ready to undergo a second procedure.
