SURGEON ADVICE PLEASE LONDON & NEW YORK

Some advice/ opinions please!!
I am 38 years old and have had gynecomastia all my life have been thinking about the surgery seriously for the last five years. I am in good shape and this is not due to obesity.
I have done ALOT of research seen quite a few different surgeons and narrowed it down to Dr  xxx in London or Dr xxx in New York. I live in London and would need to travel to USA to see Dr xxx.
My question/ concern is that Dr xxx is the Best apparently at what he does and has 1000's of photos ( w/ amazing results) Dr xxx in London has a  very good reputation but does a lot of other surgeries and does not have an extensive catalogue of amazing before & after for gyno.

Both are highly reputable surgeons if I choose either should there be a difference expected with my final result (?) COMMENTS OPINIONS PLEASE

I do feel like recovery time at home vs. having to travel overseas is a better option ...

You want a doctor who has lots of before and after pictures of what he's done and maybe a YouTube channel too. If I was you I would go for the New York doctor as I too know that he is one of the best Gynecomastia surgeons in the world.

If it's who I think in London. I know what you mean about does too many different surgeries to feel like he specialises in gyno. There's certain doctors I've seen on YouTube in the us who I feel are far more advanced than our uk guys.

If you want to pay for me I will happily come to the USA with you as surgery buddy lol

It is always a tough choice for someone who is not a surgeon to chose a surgeon. It's a bit like a lay person choosing a lawyer.As a general rule of thumb the more specialized the practice  and the greater the volume the more predictable the final result will be .
