Surgeon Recommendation around Georgia

Sorry if this topic isn't the right place for it, but I wanted it to get noticed.
I've saved up about $5500 and I have decided to have my surgery with Jonathan Lebowitz of Huntington, NY, but with the hotel costs, airplane ticket, and overall higher cost of living in NY I'm thinking if it's not worth it. Plus NY is very foreign to me, which makes me afraid.
Does anyone here have recommendations for states around Georgia? I'm willing to take bus/plane. (Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee).
