Post op pics....opinions

Hey guys, these are my pics 1 week after surgery. Im looking for some opinions as to if this looks good because im not 100% happy. I still think i have a small case of gyne but am hoping that this may just be swelling? Let me know what u guys think

Since I never saw your before shots, I can't give a good reply, but in my opinion, if I saw you at the beach, I wouldn't think you had gyno...results look great.

I'm new to this board - just had surgery myself 3 days ago and my swelling is still there on the left - in my opinion, your results look better than mine, but then again, I'm only 3 days post-op...

I have also noticed others on this board have said that you need to wait at least 3 to 6 months for the "final" result...but I would say your chest looks fine and you probably hava lot more to look forward to.

Never saw what you looked like before, but I think you look flat to me.  You can't hide anything with those side shots.  The right side looks flat, but the left looks a bit swollen. I'm sure it'll go down.

One week out swelling is a big consideration.  Before you worry about results (looks good to me BTW) go and hit the gym and see what that does for your appearance.

Guys, 2 weeks after surgery now and just popping some updated pics...as you can see i still have a chest but its rock hard...is this most likely still swelling that will flatten down? I also noticed i have a fairly hard lump under my left hand side nipple...i only had lipo done, the surgeon said i dint need gland? Could this be gland now or is it just part of the swelling?

thanks mate...but is it normal for your chest to seem to get bigger after a few days? Its also very sore / hard and has some lumps in places..is this normal for 2 weeks post op? Is this just swelling that will reduce in size in time? Sorry for the questions mate
