Hello, i am a 15 years old guy and i think i have gynecomastia. I think i have it for about 8 months when i turned 15, but i noticed it like 3 months ago. How long it usually stay at teenagers? Will work-out work?

Most Pediatricians encourage their patients that the gynecomastia will go away. In many cases it does but in my opinion, if it doesn't go away within 2 years, it's not going to. It would be a good idea to discuss this with your parents. It might be a good idea to see your doctor just to be sure no additional testing needs to be performed. Exercise usually doesn't help much.

I agree with Dr. Schuster.  If it hasn't resolved in 2 years it will most likely be permanent.
