Banned user.

I just took an action that I do not like. I just banned a user.
The person involved named a specific Doctor and proceeded to run him down and tell everyone not to go to him.  I do not know any details of the case, but the person was asked to present pictures of what he called a botched surgery and he refused to do so in a reasonable amount of time. We do not tolerate such personal attacks.  Just to be fair, we also do not allow personal endorsements either.  
We try to be a neutral source of Honest information.  .
