Wrapping
I’m on my 5th day of recovery. Doc told me to keep wrapping for a week. i removed it to shower and re wrapped it too tight i think because when i took it off i had bruised fairly fast on my top left pec. suggestions?

After 5 days what's the pain like and what mobility do you hav in that area ? I'm booked in on 15th for Lipo and excursion

the only pain i experienced was immediately after the surgery. i got home and took the pain meds and have been great ever since then. i’m still a little weird about moving my arms above my head but i can move them around my body pretty normally to wrap the ace bandage.

Just give it time, bruising is normal.
