I had Gynecomastia surgery 11 weeks ago and I look so deformed my surgeon has all but abandoned me. One of my pecs looks bigger than the other one and I have surgery scars all over my nipples. I had the excision done as well as gland removal. My plastic surgeon keeps saying to give it time and that things will heal fine but my chest looks horrible. I spent so much money on this surgery and now I look worse than before. Could somebody tell me if I need a revision?  I wore the compression garment for 6 weeks and refrained from working out etc. Is this scar tissue?

11 weeks is still to soon to tell if you need revision surgery! It can take 6 months for your body to totally heal after being cut into! I know that it is hard to believe or understand, but I've been through 9 surgeries including  4 back and 2 total knee replacement surgeries so I know what I'm talking about.

Give your body time to heal, them reaccess the outcome of your surgery .

Good luck
