Pain
Help me out so i can make this decision, im Hurting on an off under my breast. 
Do u think its growth or shrinkage? or i just need to go to the hospital & get whatever the problem  is checked out ?

The areola and nipple can be very sensitive with or without Gynecomastia.
But you said pain and pain is your bodies way of telling you that something is not right.   If you are feeling pain, you should be seeing your doctor and possibly get a referral to a specialist of some sort.

Im Saying its up under breast to my stomach idk which it is breast or stomach/chest
