Almost 7 weeks post op, still a little puffy?

My surgery was just excision no lipo, doc removed 28g on left and 30g on right. I had drains for 3 days as well. However my left nipple is pretty good but my right nipple is puffier than my left and still sticks out. It is a bit disheartening! (There is good improvement though but still idk) is there any chance this is some kind of swelling? I’ve been wearing compression for 6 weeks now.
