Welcome.  I have no idea (I personally decided that I'm not going under the knife for something like this), but hopefully someone can at least give you an idea.  I do know most people here are not from Africa.

You might want to post your threads in the relevant sections though.  Anyway, where in Africa are you?  Keep in mind this is quite a large continent, and prices will differ.
