Hi,
I'm Trying To Figure This Out So Please Help Me. 
I Have Had Puffy Nipples Since I Was 11/12 Now I'm 27,  But The Crazy Thing Is I Asked My Doctor What Do I Have, An They Seem Shocked To See My Chest An Quickly Repeated After Me Saying I Have Gynecomastia. When By Reading These Stories  An Looking At These Pics ( On The Site) I Believe I Have Puffy Nipples. 
I Mean They Stick Out And The Tissue Is Hard. So I Believe I Do Right?

Puffy nipples are the result of gynecomastia which i usually localized to beneath the nipple-areola. You are bth right.

Isn't Gynecomastia The Growing Of The Breast.
So basically you saying I have. Puffy nipples An Growing of the breast?
I'm 27 will it ever go away or get smaller ?
Or will I have to continue to buy bigger shirts An Thanks tops because they will get bigger with my age ?

Gynecomastia by definition is abnormal breast enlargement in a male. Your puffy nipples are most certainly due to gynecomastia and will require surgery for correction. Good luck.
