I had manboobs surgery in the past and it was successful. I now have hairloss and want to take finasteride. I'm worried that my man boobs might come back again if I do. I'm 40 but I now have a bit of hairloss. I believe the sugery was over 10 years ago with Mr Levit

Do you think there is a big chance of me gaining the manboobs again or it's very unlikely if I take finasteride. Thank you

Regrowth is possible but not common. You would be gambling with unknown odds.

You may not get gyno (I'm no expert) but you may actually grow breasts (same thing?).  Finasteride is one of those meds that trans people (male to female) use to suppress testosterone  so estrogen becomes dominant
