Had a recent PET scan

Besides the usual medical diagnoses (negative, thankfully), one item noted "bilateral mild gynecomastia". I guess I should be glad they said "mild", although when I look in the mirror, I don't always see mild. Thought this was interesting, and confirms what is obvious.
