Hello everyone,

I was diagnosed with gynecomastia as a teenager and I have had surgeries for it. Now I am 35 and struggling with various health problems(cancer and a body rash) and I am trying to lose weight that I gained due to psychiatric medications. I am trying to exercise to lose fat under my armpits and on my lats. I am thinking about my testosterone level because when I was about 20 I had it tested, but I did not get it tested in the morning like I was supposed to, and I think I might have had a higher number if I did that. I might go back to my endocrinologist to do the testosterone gel that gets rubbed onto the arms again. Also I might get a port in my chest for chemotherapy. The port protruding from my chest is a struggle. Also I was with a girl that has big nipples. Should I stay with her? Any advice?
