When I was about 8, I had a twisted tortion in my left testicle ( no, i still have both of my sockets and my wrench ) and I was reading tonight that sometimes this is also a cause? Now, I'm just wondering if this gives me a better chance for a  opportunity at surgery....comments?

Testicular torsion can cause hypogonadism, specifically hypergonadatropic hypogonadism.

As stated in this article below and many others

http://www.dundee.ac.uk/medther/tayendoweb/images/hypogonadism.htm

You should have a consultation with an endocrinologist that has an interest in reproductive endocrinology and have your hormonal status evaluated.

If this is something that you want to do just tell me what city and state you live in and I will provide you with the contact details of such endocrinologists in your area.
