If I got  Gynecomastia during puberty and it hasent went away in four years.

Does that mean that my Hormones are still inbalanced? Or have they corrected themselves but its to late for my chest to revert back to normal.

Whats usually the case?

LOL.....  thanks for the vote of confidence Dude.   ;)

However, that is a question for an Endocrinologist. If anyone is seeing an Endo soon, you should ask him/her.
