waiting time

At the monent i'm saving up for the procedure (won't have the money for 3 - 4 months). How long did you guys have to book in advance for the op. I dont know if it would be to early to set a date now or not.

Just under 2 months from consultation to surgery for me. 'Freezerburnt' had an even shorter wait. However, it all depends on how busy your PS is. Go for a consultation, explain to the Doc that you have to save some coin for the Op and go from there. It may be 4+ month wait anyways. Who knows... Talk to a PS about it anyways and see what they say.
