Received the Results from Endocrinologist

I had a gynecomastia surgery(lipo only) about 3 years ago but the gynecomastia reoccured about a month after the surgery. So I wanted to see an endocrinologist before I think about a second surgery. So I had lab tests done at the endocrinologist office about 3 weeks ago and I just received the results. I was expecting that the tests would reveal soemthing abnormal about my hormones.

I was very suprised to hear the all the results are normal. So I can't understand why the gyno reoccured after the surgery. I do not know whether to have a second surgery or not. I do not want to waste money on a surgery if gyno is going to come back after the surgery. The endocrinologist told me that there are many cases of gyno which have unknown causes and this seems to be the case in my situation.

Anyway, my estradiol level is 37 Reference range: 20-75
The Testosterone level is 326 Reference Range 175-781
FSH level is 2.2 Reference Range 1.3-19.3
LH level is 3.4 Reference Range is 1.2-8.6
Prolactin is 4.9 Reference Range is 2.6-13.1

It may be that my hormones were out of place when I had the first surgery since I was only 18 but now they are fine.
But I don't know for sure.
