Any one here ever had theirs go away naturally?

That depends on your condition.......I would say most here it wont if any.......
But if u have photos it would be easier for us to help u...

Mine almost went when I came off the med that caused it. It was a moderate case before it regressed.The single puffy nip still bothers me though....as my chest isn't quite symmetrical.

Diet and exercise has helped too.

Mine is going away through simple weight loss and a positive attitude.  

Maybe it wasn't gyno then.

No, it's definatly gyno.  If your nips stick out (puffy) or theres a hard lump underneath your nipples, then you have gyne.  Some cases are just more extreme than others.
