You should wear it over a t-shirt to deal with the discomfort.

Once you stop wearing the tensor for 24 hours you will  notice a BIG diffrence in the swelling.

Uh.. yes but shouldent that wait until after you heal, not while your trying to recover from surgery?

I know BillyBoy, I'm almost a month post-op and am terrified of touching my weights machine. Dont worry, if you follow doctors orders you should turn out fine. And true brownman will probably be fine, but thats a risk I and I'm sure others arent willing to take.

I also healed very quickly. I was back at the gym by week 3. Taking if very easy tho....    :P

Doctors don't know everything.  Geeze, one member here had a GP prescribe anti-depressants for his Gyne ::). As with anything in life, you have to listen to others and then make an educated decision for yourself. I would say give yourself at least 3 weeks healing time and then hit the gym at a slower pace than usual. If you feel any discomfort/pain what so ever, give your body another week or two to heal.

You are the only one who knows your body. You are the only one who knows when your body is ready.

do youguys really think that would be equally adequate and provide the same benefits as wearing the vest directly on skin ??

because it sound like that'd be a lot more comfortable thAN THIS Lycra and spandex materiaL PULLING ON my hairy , itchy skin all day/night long for weeks and weeks.
... and the saga continues
