Just wondering if is possible to have surgery going through the nhs and if people have any comments or opinions on this?

Although my case is not very bad i need to get this done one way or the other and am looking into my options.

Hi Again Mate

There are loads of links on here about people who have had it done on the NHS with defering opinions, the main thing to consider with the NHS is the wait, obviously the GP will need to refer you which could take a few months, then you may be seeing a surgeon you are not happy with and may not be overly experienced in this procedure

Best bet in my opinion definatly talk to GP first, have a couple of consultations even though it will cost you, then you'll be in  abit better position to make an educated decision
