I got gyne when from when I was 13 years old or sometin I can remember that I get crazy cant put white tshirt on me,I try to resolve it with lose weight but its still same I was 89kg  and now 74kg I also do gym but still   same plase give comments only the way surgery and how much doest it cost anyone knows here?

Gynecomastia is a b!tch..

It all depends on where you live, i think in america it's from 3k-7k depending on the surgeon

Looks likes you have several things going on....

(1) you are a big boned guy so you will never be scrawny. You are more barrel chested.

(2) you do look like you have Gyne and I think it takes a doctor doing an inspect to determine whether or not is fat/ gland or both.

(3) My surgery in the US was $5,000 USD.

Hope that helps.  I am only 1 day post op so I will let you know if surgery was the right thing for me to do.

It does appear that you have a moderate case of gyne. I don't think that gyne will go away with excercise or losing weight. In U.S., the surgery is about $5000. I believe that the surgery in U.K is around 3000 pounds.
