18 year old male, been ridiculously huge my whole life til fairly recently.

5`3 (shut up) 270, %35 body fat
Down to waist size 40 from almost 60.

Anyway, opinion on whether this is fat or gyne

looks like you could still lose a little, but i'd call that severe gyne, like a 7-8 on the 10 scale.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

I would think so, too. I've been ridiculously huge my whole life too, but my breasts hang down and are pure fat pretty much. Yours are shapely, and come out, and don't droop down, so obviously it's not entirely just fat.

You could probably lose some of that with exercise still, but I don't think it'll go away entirely.

Myself, for reference:

You are kidding right?

I'd call that a 9 easily!

A very bad case of gynecomastia.

Well when mother nature kicks dirt in your face, you cut her lungs out.

Time to call a local surgeon who deals with this kind of stuff.
