done,feelling great no pain just a little dis comfort.when i got to the office i had a nurse verify my health info,then had me change into a robe and had me wrapped in an electric heated blanket which was a nie touch they even had me where a touque.I met after with the anstesias and he really put me to easeand sortly after dr.lista came in and drew on my chest.the proedure took 1 hour and no complacations and the recovery took another hour.all i took was some tylenyol extra strenth.he took out 500cc of fat per side and about 25 grams of tissue,i will confirm tomorow.The dr s suposed to call me tonight to heck up on me.that is it 4 now going to relax

congrats, and i'm surprised you made it...haha.  my chest sucks right now, and I'm not happy with how it looks, 11 days post op.  Looks mostly the same as pre op.   bumps, knots, painful cysts or something, annoying vest, I question if its ever gonna get better.  

keep up with posting post op, and i will do the same.  

take a stool softener/laxative too...trust me, unless you like shit-ting concrete..those antiflammatory pills are hard on ur guts.

1st day pre-op ,I just got back from my pre-op visit and had a look at my chest.left side puffier than my right not to much bruising a little in between the chest and a little towards my side.My right nipple is a little concave  the doctor said it as the way the bandage was on and will adjust.Not taking any pain med don"t need to.Last night was a bummer for sleeping ,I now have a sore back.The doc called last night at about 11pm to see how i was doing,i was very impressed with that.I guess thats what you get when you pay the big bucks.This vest is a real pain.

2nd day post-op,feeling better no pain meds just taking my arnica ,antibiodics and my antinflamitory meds.took a peak at my chest starting to yellow.biggest problem i have is grtting a good night sleep on my back.When can i start to sleep on my side.i find it sometimes hard to take a deep breath.it looks like the concave nipple on my right is starting to fix it self alot better today.i cant believe how much my chest has changed.

3rd day post-op left side a little more puffy than right side(hoping it's only puffy not because he didn't take enough out)bruising is the same from before.

over the past day my chest is looking a little better now...14 days post op.  still have the hard lumps, and its still sore all over, cant raise arms straight up above head without pain, still a little yellow bruising at side under arms.  

get ready for the next week of your chest starting to look like crap...

4th day post-op no real changes,limited mobility can"t raise arms over head,no pain,sleeping suks and the vest is a pain.i still have a crease on my lower nipple abou 5 inches long that i hope will go away and a ton of fluid in my chest.I go back to work in 2 days so i hope i'll be ready.Tonight  i have company coming over so we will see if i can conceal the vest and the operation because the only people that know is my wife not even my kids know.

5th day post-op doing alot better went out did some groceries felt good going out and walking since blood clots are always on my mind.My chest really doesn't look much different than the first day minmal bruising with a little yellowish colour.When i took my vest off today to wash it the crease that was on my right nipple was gone but shortly after reappeared just not as long ,i hope hat it is not pemanent if anyone has any insight on this crease that keeps appearing and disappearing please give me your thoughts.As much as i hate the vest i can't stand to be with out it on.it really gives me the support and confidence to be mobile.sleeping on my back is 4 the dogs can't sleep more than 2-3  hours at a time.left side is larger than right but i see a big improvement so far still waiting for my chest to swell up to pre -op size,but as of yet not.when all the swelling goes down I think i will have a pretty good result providing that crease is not perment.

only thing i can think of is the nurse told me to make sure the vest is always pulled down straight with no wrinkles in it...ie, creases...maybe the way you are sitting or whatever is putting a fold or crease in the vest?

yea i here you but the crease appears more when i take the vest off,i think your on to something because i have brusing write in the lower clevage area upper abs where i thnk the vest bunches up when i sit,i find mysely always pulling on on the vest to smooth it out.

6th day post-op ,the crease in my left side seems to be gone for now.really not much change in chest left still more puffy than the right side.Sleeping seems to be getting a little better,i was on treamill walking very slowly for about 45min.Going back to work tomorrow i think i'm ready i must take it easy and not over due it.staying at home is driving me crazy.

8th day post-op,and i notice my lft side is larger than my right i hope that it is just swelling and will shrink down to the same size as the right side.I still have a litle crease on the right side by the nipple.i go on the 10th to my 2nd post-op appointment and i'll ask the doctor .the vest is not only bothering me but its actually hurts,so i put a(don't laugh)clean sock and folded it and put it underneath the vest so the little hasps don't did into me when i sit down and it seems to be working to bad i did not think of this sooner.
