Any good surgeons in the Northeast Ohio - Western Pennsylvania area?

Hi, everyone. I'm new to this board, and I'm really glad I found it. Does anyone know of any good surgeons in Ohio or Western Pennsylvania? If I had the money, I'd go to the ends of the earth to solve this problem, but unfortunately I don't. I've suffered from this problem all of my life, with it affecting both my professional and personal life. I've been to a couple of consultations, but the doctor made me feel uncomfortable (not a good bedside manner). I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give his name, so I won't. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.
