compression vests

which is a good compression vest. i dont have one am using an elastic/cotton mix bandage kinda thing which goes around tight. it feels pretty good in there. any better options.? am i doing i right. ? how tight shud it be.

i dont know much about this as i havent gotten the surgery yet, but im sure your surgeon can get you one.
